How Lovellino collects, uses, and protects information across our games, tools, and this website.

Lovellino ("we," "us," "our") builds mobile games and developer tools for Google Play. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lovellino.xyz, play our games, use our tools, or contact us — and what we do, and don't do, with it.
We're a small studio. We don't sell personal data, and we collect as little of it as we can get away with while still running the business.
02Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you interact with us:

We don't knowingly collect financial account details, government ID numbers, or precise GPS location through any product covered by this policy.
03How we use it
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website, games, and tools.
- To respond to support requests, partnership inquiries, and other messages sent to us.
- To understand aggregate usage patterns — what's working, what's confusing, what crashes.
- To meet legal and Google Play policy obligations (for example, age-rating and compliance records).
We do not use personal information to build advertising profiles beyond what's needed to run any in-app advertising disclosed within a specific game.
05Games & tools specifically
Individual games and tools may collect additional information specific to that product (for example, a leaderboard name, or login details for a developer-facing tool). Where that's the case, the in-app or in-product description will say so, and this policy applies as the baseline alongside it.
No real-money gambling. None of our games involve real-money wagering or payouts. Any in-game currency, score, or reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
06Children's privacy
Our products are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@lovellino.xyz and we'll remove it.
07Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, support emails are kept long enough to resolve the issue and a reasonable window after, and analytics data is generally aggregated or deleted after a set retention period set by our analytics provider.
08Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@lovellino.xyz and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
You can also control some data directly — for example, by adjusting your device's ad-tracking and permission settings, or uninstalling a game or tool to stop further local data collection.
09Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat the data we hold as something we're responsible for, not just something we collected.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products or obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website, games, or tools after an update means you accept the revised policy.
